I am very happy with this French easel, it's in great condition, sturdy, and appears to be unused. The shipping was on the pricey side, but The Village Express Pack & Ship team packaged the item with great care, and once we connected * the package arrived very quickly, with the item well-protected. (* Slight delay due to its being a holiday week, which was no problem at my end.) Responsive and friendly communication with Lotus Auctions, who graciously provided dimensions upon request, updated the listing in plenty of time for their auction, and consulted patiently with me about comparing pickup vs. shipping of the item.
